About Nicola Lindgren

Hej! 👋

I’m Nicola Lindgren, a New Zealander living in Malmö, Sweden.

I’m the author of Starting Your Software Testing Career, a co-author of The Software Tester’s Journey a co-author of How Can I Test This?, and an international conference speaker.

I started two testing meetups (one in Auckland, New Zealand and one in Stockholm, Sweden), have taught software testing courses and run workshops, coached and mentored multiple testers and written for various testing publications. I have also been a co-instructor for the BBST Foundations course multiple times.

This blog is an attempt to document my learning journey. I’m sure that my opinions will develop and change. I’m learning, exploring and seeing what’s out there.

When I’m not at work, you’ll find me hanging out with my husband and children or reading.
